• Automatic updates of all new features
• Monthly Hosting 
• 30 day incremental offsite backup system (automatically every 24hrs). 
• Disaster recovering from backups on request 
• Server maintenance and upgrades. 
• Phone, Email and Ticket support. 
• Imunify360 Server protection (Real Time World Activity).
• Auto grey and black listing.
• Scanning for Malware and auto quarantine.
• Proactive defences.
• Protection against Brute force attacks.
• Automatic notifications of changes/upgrades to the system

Pams Only

Base monthly fee = $280.00/mth

Cart & Pams

Base monthly fee = $324.00/mth

• 3 Hours of assistance per month. (please see notes below)
• Up to $15,000 in total transaction value per month is included at no additional charge. For transaction values above this amount, please refer to the 'Above Threshold Calculation'

• Assistance in setting up the Cart.
• Assistance in setting a PAMS portal.
• Online meetings with clients to help you get them onboard.
• Checking setups.

Above Threshold Calculation

For monthly transaction values above the applicable threshold, the additional fee is calculated as:

• Total Monthly Turnover × 0.6% + Base Monthly Fee 
• The 0.6% fee is calculated on the total monthly turnover, not just the amount above the threshold.

Support

Support includes the following services each month (non-cumulative):

• Adjustments to any of the accessible templates.
• Fixes for errors made by users in accessible templates.
• Issue checks for staff, clients, or customers.
• Styling changes.
• Support via ticket, phone, and email.
• Assistance with escalated tickets from the portal ticketing system for customers and clients (white label ticketing system).

Please note:

• No changes to the programming are included in the Assistance.
• Any customised program, is done on a quoted basis

Hosting & Availability

This software is provided as a fully hosted service by FatGalah and is not available for individual purchase or self-hosting. FatGalah manages the hosting, infrastructure, updates and ongoing operation of the software as part of the service.
