Have you had a Bounced email that reads like this

secureitfg.com rejected your message to the following email addresses:

Person you are sending to (email address) Your message couldn't be delivered because it's suspected of being spam. For best practices when sending email, refer to the guidelines found here: https://aka.ms/EmailingBestPractices.

secureitfg.com gave this error:

FatGalah's Mail server uses SPAMCOP to check for IPs listed as Spam or Backlisted, our server will block any IP in the list. This is its normal operation.

What does this mean. That the person sending the email to clients on Fatgalah's mail server, have been blocked. The person sending the email, will need to contact they server provider to resolve the issue.

You can use the tools below to check the status and provider of the IP address being blocked.

We have had a number of clients reporting issues with FatGalah's server blocking email addresses.

After our team and my Server tech team investigating the issue we have found the following.

All the IP addresses from the senders of the email, were from Microsoft's IP range from 40.107.107.90 to 40.107.107.125 to date. Although some have already been automatically  removed from Spamcop's Blacklist, there are still some listed.

All of these IP addresses had or are still Blacklisted in SPAMCOP database.
